Where Am I?

How did I get here? What has brought me to this place in my life? Who is responsible for all of this?



The answer is quite simple. I got myself here, I am responsible.



The question is as old as time and the answer is always the same. We are responsible for what we bring into our lives. Sure, there are spiritual forces at work in and around our lives. God is in control. However, our choices and our desires are what what bring us to where we are. We are the sum total of our thoughts and actions to this point.



Many have written about positive thoughts and sowing and reaping, but we always try to assume that there is something else that has gotten us to where we are in life. Instead we need to take responsibility for our own lives, if we don't we will never get to where we want to be.



Ask yourself these questions:

• Where am I right now at this given moment in time?


• Where do I want to be in the future?


• Why haven't I arrived where I want to be?


• What do I need to do to get where I want to be?

These questions need to be answered before we can continue with our journey.

Where are you right now in your journey? Are you sailing smoothly through your life or does there seem to be an endless amount of road blocks for every direction you turn? How do you react to these road blocks?

We will begin to look at these questions in upcoming post. The main thing to look at now is where you are and take full responsibility for getting yourself there.
